Account, team and archive
GYFFS provides the account service and sports history. Clubs and independent teams also record data about players without accounts and minors. Who is controller, processor or possibly joint controller is assessed for each actual processing activity; GYFFS is not automatically the processor in every case.
The account service for a viewer is not automatically a legal basis for retaining identifiable teammates indefinitely. The legal basis and necessity, children’s interests, objections and a less identifiable alternative require a separate assessment. The product choice ‘Account deleted’ is not proof of effective anonymisation.
Conditions for public launch
GYFFS must complete the assessment of roles and legal bases, team arrangements for the three actual pilots, suppliers and transfers, contractual capacity for ages 13–17, risk, DPIA, DPO, DSA and accessibility screening, and store terms. Code and synthetic tests do not prove these legal conditions. A tested privacy contact facility and incident follow-up are still needed. No legal approval or public launch is claimed.
