What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, store or read limited information in your browser. They may be needed for functions such as sign-in, security or remembering a choice.
Strictly necessary cookies
Squadigo uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and support account security. This cookie is necessary for the service you expressly request. You cannot sign in without it.
- teamlijn_session — secure session and authentication, up to 30 days after the last sign-in;
- squadigo_oauth — HttpOnly cookie for the current sign-in attempt, up to ten minutes; squadigo-social-flow — session storage of state and return path, removed on completion or cancellation. Team or person archives are no longer stored in teamlijn-state; old content is cleared when opened.
Language preference
An explicit visitor choice is stored separately for each web environment under squadigo-visitor-language in local browser storage. The squadigo_language cookie makes the same choice readable by public legal pages without JavaScript and expires after at most one year. Local browser storage remains until you clear it. The native app stores the visitor choice per installation and API environment in secure system storage. This choice remains separate from a signed-in account’s language preference and is never automatically copied from that account. It is not linked to advertising or analytics. A separate legal assessment of this functional storage remains required.
Analytics and marketing
Squadigo does not currently set its own analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. If we wish to do so later, we will ask for prior consent, which you will be able to withdraw just as easily.
Your choice
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Be aware that this removes the necessary session cookie and you will need to log in again.
Native app and network
The app uses secure system storage for the session and the last team ID per account and API environment. Logging out removes the session; account deletion also clears the current account preference. Native system and backup behaviour still needs testing on installed builds. Normal web sign-in uses the HttpOnly cookie; the conditional legacy shell may still store an access token under squadigo_access_token. External Google Fonts have been removed from public documents. Social providers, optional team images and platform services may still cause network requests; the current data inventory distinguishes these flows from tracking.
