The service
Squadigo helps clubs and teams with planning, attendance, selections, statistics, invitations and optional external connections. The service is under development and is provided on a best-effort basis during a pilot.
Accounts and rights
Keep your login details confidential and only use the service for legitimate club and team administration. Club and team administrators manage roles, access and data accuracy within their organisation. A guardian may only act for linked team members.
User content and privacy
The club is responsible for lawfully collecting and using the data it enters into Squadigo, particularly minors’ data. Do not add unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content. See also the Privacy policy and Privacy roles.
External connections
RBFA, wedstrijdbladen.be and calendar integrations are optional and depend on external systems. WhatsApp sending is currently disabled. The availability, completeness and timing of external systems are outside Squadigo’s control. Always verify important match and selection details yourself.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but may perform maintenance, change features or temporarily interrupt the service. Where possible, keep your own backup or export of critical club data.
Termination
A user can delete their own Squadigo account. Deletion of club membership and data managed separately by a club are separate processes. Access may be restricted or terminated in cases of serious abuse. The club remains responsible for its members’ data and for an appropriate handover on termination.
Contact and applicable law
Send questions about these terms to info@gyffs.be. Belgian law applies to these terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
